Hi, This suggestion will be quick and straight to the point. I would like to share my thoughts to create a more balanced server that can be more enjoyable for rebels. Police have access to pretty much everything that rebels do whilst getting it for free. They have access to rebel vehicles like qillins and ifrits instead of being limited to only use prowlers and hunters which would replace the rebel vehicles mentioned. The main concern is that police are allowed to go cartel. We believe that cartel should only be attended by rebels to give us a chance to fight and claim the gang base

Hi mate, I don't have my clip however I don't think it's needed. If you read what I previously typed everything makes sense. I can see them breaking rules in their videos as you can see. I didn't do anything wrong on my side as they tried to rob my friend and I helped my friend as per normal.

As the staff can see from this video, no rules were broken on our end. Everything is completely fine however these guys have literally self reported themselves. The video shows them metagaming and fail rping, not just that but he also NLRed!

I would like to ask underdog why BLOOD was executed as a hostage for no reason at all. I'm pretty sure that's not allowed. After you guys tried to rob him at the pro I killed one of you then the other guy ran into a building and started recording. He runs back out and is expected not to be shot at??? You initiated on us at the pro and the initiation is valid in that same area. Hiding in a building and coming back out doesn't mean the initiation is gone as it's the same AREA, it makes it unfair on the other party. As you can also see in his video he is constantly looking

You see this is funny and I'll tell you why. BLOOD was doing a run and they initiated on him and handcuffed him. I came to the situation and killed one of them. Police then turned up and initiated on everyone in the area so I killed a few of them. 0 rules were broken in this situation and if you ask him for a POV when he initiated and kept my gang member hostage you will see that they initiated on him and I have every right to shoot him.
