+1 I like this idea, I think trying to get people to spent money is always the goal. Getting some of the rich people to give up their hoarded cash is a nice idea.

Although technically you’re not meant to steal NHS vehicles it’s better to lock it to remove any incentive for new and possibly unaware players. although, I personally don’t feel it’s much of an issue to take an extra second to press a button. I feel this is unnecessary myself, however, I wish you all the best with your suggestion. -1 from me as stated above.

+1 the only real reason to do thorium right now is part of a crafting recipe such as for scopes. It’s not massively viable to do for profit as you said
